WHAT IS A WEDDING CONSULTANT?
Our two most experienced wedding consultants have been in the wedding industry in Southern California for over 6 years each. They’ve seen it all and have coordinated over 200 weddings previously to being with Veil & Locket. With this vast amount of experience, our wedding consultants will be your liaison and a tremendous resource helping you along the way and making your experience as stress-free as possible.
WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A WEDDING CONSULTANT?
Wedding consultants will be your liason and your point of contact throughout your experience with Veil & Locket. They will help with your consultant, booking, engagement session set up
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
We specialize in compelling modern documentary style wedding and portrait photography. Our photography style best described as bright, timeless, moment driven, and genuine. You’ll notice many of our images are not overly posed, we love to capture the real you and only provide guidance and fine-tuning when appropriate or needed.
DO YOU EDIT ALL OF THE WEDDING IMAGES?
Yes, we absolutely do. We edit every single wedding photo for color, exposure, and contrast. We also offer magazine-quality retouching for all images that will appear in an album, wall art or prints at no added cost. Images not in print can be retouched for an additional hourly charge by request only.
HOW MANY WEDDING IMAGES WILL WE GET?
The number of images delivered depends on the event and how many hours you have us booked for. Weddings – We deliver on average 70 to 80 images per hour. Engagement Session – 15 full resolution, magazine quality retouched images are included with our collections. Additional images are available for purchase.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a wide array of photo products, including; heirloom albums, sign-in books, canvases, metal prints, other wall art, and large prints. We also grant full printing rights on all our wedding images, as well as an online gallery for convenient cloud storage.
WHAT IS THE ONLINE GALLERY?
The online gallery is a password protected client portal / website. Which gives you the ability to proof, share, and backup your images securely and conveniently.
HOW LONG WILL WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE ONLINE GALLERY?
The online gallery is promised for an entire year, after that point your gallery may be removed due to storage space restrictions. However, a copy of your wedding photos will always be backed up with onsite and offsite servers in the event you lose your images and need them to be retrieved.
WILL WE HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER?
Yes, all of our collections include a second shooter. You will have access to an entire team of skilled and experienced photographers who all have been trained to shoot in any style and any type of wedding venue.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Along with shooting extensively in the Inland Empire, we have been blessed to shoot weddings from coast-to-coast, from New York City to Portland, Oregon and a few cities in between. Locally, we will travel up to 50 miles of Ontario, California without added cost. Anything greater than that may require travel and lodging costs.
DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
We love engagement sessions! It really gives us the opportunity to get to know our couples and really assists in making you feel comfortable in front of our cameras. We offer engagement sessions a la carte or within some of our wedding collections.
DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY?

CAN YOU HOLD MY WEDDING DATE?
As an experienced and high-volume studio, a signed agreement and retainer are required to hold your wedding date, no exceptions. Please note, availability changes daily.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
A non-refundable 50% retainer is due upon booking and is required to hold your date. The outstanding balance of your total investment amount is due two weeks before your wedding day. Special payment terms are available upon request.
DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes, we do. If your venue requires proof of insurance we will need to know at least 60 days in advance so we may request a certificate from our insurance company to provide to your venue.
